Looks Like Doors Are Closing To PPC Kahuna August 29, 2009
Posted by Pat in : my ppc kahuna experience , comments closedGuess Jason and crew are closing up the membership site here soon. I personally hate it when that happens because typically when it does reopen the price to get in will have gone up.
Listen, if you’ve been wanting to learn the ABC’s of ppc from someone who actually does it every day profitably, and has some pretty good teaching skills, then get in to test the waters now. Otherwise you’ll be bummed when this opens up again at a higher pricetag.

A small snag with ppc kahuna April 11, 2009
Posted by Pat in : my ppc kahuna experience , comments closedI learned that PPC Kahuna will cause your pc to generally slow down, hang up and even crash unless you have enough memory to handle everything. Bummer if you’re trying to work on it at the same time, right..? I ended up taking it off my desktop and putting it onto the laptop where it is happily running problem free. So please make sure you have at least around 800 MB of RAM to run it then all will be well with your Adwords intelligence gathering efforts!

Launch day for ppc Kahuna finally here March 5, 2009
Posted by Pat in : my ppc kahuna experience , comments closedEveryone has been working hard for the last month or so going through the training, adding their comments and feedback…trying things out and reporting any bugs in the software. I’m happy to see that the official ppc Kahuna launch happens Thursday March 5.
From what I’ve seen so far in the training…anyone that decides to jump in should have a very cool experience and be off to a running start in learning all of the ins and outs of ppc with Jason. Not just learning theory mind you….but learning from a dude that has like 20 people now on his staff when he started like with nothing. This guy is a pretty smart cookie and is very organized. His teaching style is well paced and easy to digg.
This week I’m pretty sure that the super duper keyword tool that gives us all access to a database with over 77 million keywords will be ready. I think this alone would be well worth the cost of admission. I’ve used the paid tools like Wordtracker, Themezoom, Nichebot, Keywords Analyzer and some others and to have this in my arsenal will be pretty important to finding those action keyword nuggets.
The other thing I wanted to tell you is that you get a powerful tool to create specific keyword landing pages to improve those quality scores. It’s called LP Blitz and now there will be an installer to make it easy for people that aren’t comfy with installing their own database on their servers.
Okay folks…I hope you get over here and jump in with me if this looks like something you want to get your paws on! Later!

How to find every keyword your competition is using with ppc Kahuna March 4, 2009
Posted by Pat in : my ppc kahuna experience , comments closedSounds like some hype right..? How could you find every single keyword that your completion is using in his Adwords campaigns…? Not that it can’t be done, mind you. But be prepared to pay a king’s ransom for the privilege. Hundreds of dollars for the better software. How about searching based on their affiliate id or even URL..? If you need this intel and don’t have software like this you’re sunk simple as that.
How about this. You’ll get it free inside the ppc Kahuna member area. Not kidding.
Do you know that having an actual website with some relevant content on it will raise your quality score and reduce your cost per click..?
Do you know that having a landing page with specifically relevant content is pretty important for getting the lowest cost Ads and also the best conversions or in other words- sales..?
Some really ambitious people make a separate landing page to match the keywords they are running ads for. How long do you figure it would take you to whip up say, 50 landing pages like that…? How bout several hours at least..?
What if you have some really cool tool that you could plug your keywords into and get the heck out of the way. You go check in a couple minutes and all of your pages are done. Would that be something to get excited about…?
How about this then, for the lazy ones among us, like me..?
Pre Done Plans: This is as close to the easy red button
as it gets… each month we research and detail out specific
affiliate campaigns for our members. This includes keywords,
presales and landing pages, PLR and more. All they have to
do is take the info, input it and profit!
That’s directly from Jason’s recent email updating us on the things to come for all of us ppc Kahuna members. If this looks mildly good join me. Get more details when you fill in form on this page after clicking:

Finally fired up ppc Kahuna software February 16, 2009
Posted by Pat in : my ppc kahuna experience , comments closedWell I’ve been alittle bit behind but am taking the training step by step now on the ppc side of things. I have followed the keyword research and have over 1000 keywords about my topic that I want to check out. Are they profitable..? I fired up the PPC Kahuna software and split the list into 2 and then Kahuna went out and found more keywords that have been used in the Adword ads that are associated to my product. It goes out every day and spies on which ads are running for a period of time over 2 or 3 weeks. Why will that tell me what ads are profitable..? People that run certain ads over time must be making money or they would logically not waste hard earned cash on advertising. This is a pretty impressive tool I would say. We’ll see what intel I can gather on my competition!
That’s it for now…I hope you get over and sign up for info as the public launch approaches.

Why even bother with pay per click Kahuna February 11, 2009
Posted by Pat in : my ppc kahuna experience , comments closedThat’s a good question. And I have asked that a time or two in the past when I was learning all about getting natural search results in Google, Yahoo and all. I thought..jeeze how crazy do you have to be to actually PAY to have people visit your site when you can just whip up optimized content, slap it on your site and rake in the big bucks?
Well, I did ok with building sites with Adsense. I have been full time in online marketing now for over a year. Don’t get me wrong. I’m not rich and I won’t lie to you. I make just enough to pay the bills and all of that.
But I have been experiencing some anxiety over the ever changing results in the searches and the new suggestion box- you know…where Google suggests related terms as you type in your keywords..? Maybe it’s just me, but I feel like I have had all of my eggs in one basket for too long.
It’s just plain and simple time for me to move on up the income ladder. And to me that means owning products and eventually having affiliates offer those products to their lists. Not so much worrying over search engines when you are going right to the customers!
Well…at this moment I do not have anything I’d consider a product of any real value..except maybe my experience building the income I do have with Adsense so far. I want to get into other stuff, like selling software that helps people do business smarter and better, and like I said, move up the income ladder.
So, bottom line is that it’s smart to learn how to create traffic that is very targeted to your offer. Learning how to run a pay per click campaign give you the control over how many people visit your site, and essentially how much income you have.
This ppc thing is a somewhat complex beastie though. I have a father who thought…hey this is so easy! He built a cheesy music download site and started a campaign with not much studying and then wondered why he lost over 500.00 inside of a week!
I tried to warn him I really did.
So how do you learn it and get to be competent enough to start making a little bit of money while you’re testing a product or niche..?
You learn from somebody that has had loads of success with it and then do that they do.
Don’t change it. Don’t fiddle with it till you know what you’re doing. Just copy exactly what they do and you should have same results…that makes sense right…?
That’s why I was so excited to find out that Jason Katzenback from Portal Feeder and Traffic Kahuna had decided to start this membership site with the goal of teaching people exactly how to put togther a pay per click campaign that is actually profitable.
I personally trust this man to give you the honest scoop from direct experience.
So I hope that you’re excited about learning how to do pay per click and join me when ppc Kahuna opens it’s doors to the public in a few weeks with a very cool training program. Add to that all kids of free tools, tips, advice and interviews with top internet marketing experts- and even bonuses like free landing page templates and ebooks on creating killer headlines.
There’s much more to come- and I hope you join me inside PPC Kahuna

New ClickBank search tool free at ppc Kahuna February 7, 2009
Posted by Pat in : my ppc kahuna experience , comments closedYep you’ve got that right- I just tried the new search tool in the member’s area and it is pretty danged cool. I was able to find products that I thought looked alright at first glance but then saw that they were on a down trend for referrals and gravity for the past month. How cool is that..? And the new Blitz PPC tool also looks really interesting. It lets you go in and create a new campaign for Google, MSN and soon Yahoo. All of the training elements and tools are coming together pretty quickly- even faster than I have been able to keep up with them I have to admit.
Jason sent some new landing page templates and a new ebook on writing effective articles for either SEO or ppc purposes which is a humdinger at over 300 pages! There’s also a new ebook about writing killer headlines that will help with ad writing and of course, article writing.
He’s added flowcharts and short videos for each step of the process now where things are explained and easy to find in case you want to go through it again. I appreciate this no fluff approach on the videos cause when you have like 15 minutes you can shoot over there and catch one and learn something so it gets absorbed in your brain quicker.
The method of linking properties together is something different than anything I have ever done, and I’ve been working online for 5 years and have been full time since end of 2007. I was really surprised at how this whole system works and how elegant it is. The thing I like is that it’s so simple and organized. I am right in the middle of day 6 of the SEO portion of the ppc Kahuna training and am learning quickly.
The latest deal with the actual PPC Kahuna software is that after you get your cleaned up keyword list with keyword Corral, (free for anyone) and then you plug that list into ppc Kahuna and then set it up so it is spying on the Google Adwords that are running for those keywords. Then in like 2 weeks, you can check it out and find out exactly which ads are running on a regular basis.
Why would this be helpful to you..? Well, you would then be able to assume that these ads are successful over time because people are paying good money to run them. You can probably assume that these folks are testing those same ads against others and keeping the ones that convert the best as well, right…? So this is really helpful intel to have on your competition.
Well that’s all from the pay per click Kahuna front at the moment cause I have some work to do now.
Thanks for stopping by, and I hope you click below here and go get yourself on the mailing list to be kept updated as the new public launch approaches!
